Welcome to The Identity Outpost. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility:

You must be 18 or older to use this site.
Users under 18 may use the site only with parental or guardian consent.
Misuse of the site (including hacking, spamming, or fraudulent activity) is strictly prohibited.

Orders & Payments:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Shopify/Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds:

Reselling Restrictions:

Our products are intended for personal use only.
Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial use without written permission from The Identity Outpost LLC is prohibited.

Intellectual Property:

The Identity Outpost™ name and logo are pending trademarks of The Identity Outpost LLC.
All product designs, logos, content, and imagery are the intellectual property of The Identity Outpost LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Updates To Terms:

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always include a “last updated” date at the top of the page.

SHIPPING POLICY.

Every order is custom printed, not pulled from a warehouse. It takes a little longer, but it’s worth the wait.

Processing Time:

Orders are printed by our trusted print partner.

Average processing time: ~3 weeks for printing, plus ~1 week for packaging and shipping.

Total turnaround: approximately 4 weeks.

Shipping Center:

Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order ships.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
```

Orders under $75 include a flat $6 “Journey Fee.”

Delays:

Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays or unforeseen issues.

While carrier delays are out of our control, we will always assist you in tracking your package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY.

We want you to love your gear. If not, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Exchanges:

First size exchange: We cover the Journey Fees.

Additional exchanges: Customer is responsible for Journey Fees.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we cover the shipping cost.

If you are returning due to a change of mind, you cover the return shipping.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

In the future, some items (such as final sale or custom products) may not be eligible for return.

Defective Or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

The Identity Outpost is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we discover that we’ve unintentionally collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
